~ Raw Pizza ~

This was my first attempt at making raw pizza crust. I took the recipe that I posted on August 16 th and gave it a try. I forgot the dates and orange juice, but still it was very good. This particular recipe was from two vidoes on how to make raw pizza crust by Darlene Navarre. Recipe
1 carrot,
1 celery stalk,
bunch of basil leaves
1 date
juice of one orange,
1 cup of chopped tomato,
2 garlic cloves,
2 tablesspoons of white onion,
5 cups of sprouted buckwheat

Process all the wet stuff then add 5 cups of sprouted buckwheat. Just add two cups at a time then add after all that Add ~1-2 cups of ground flax...

Dehydrate for 4-5 hours then flip over and continue for another 3-4 hours...

After the crust was finished I put some marinara sauce on top and some rice cheddar. I will be trying a raw cheese recipe sometime soon, but for now I just added what I had.

After about an hour to dry out the sauce I put the pizza on plates and covered it with raw toppings. We love onion rings, cut up tomato and fresh basil.....

  2. Thanks so much and I would encourage you to try this recipe. It was really good for my first time trying raw pizza. I didn't take a picture ,but I put at least two cups of sprouts on top of the pizza as well.
