1 carrot,
1 celery stalk,
bunch of basil leaves
1 date
juice of one orange,
1 cup of chopped tomato,
2 garlic cloves,
2 tablesspoons of white onion,
5 cups of sprouted buckwheat
Process all the wet stuff then add 5 cups of sprouted buckwheat. Just add two cups at a time then add after all that Add ~1-2 cups of ground flax...
Dehydrate for 4-5 hours then flip over and continue for another 3-4 hours...
I haven't tried either eating or making raw pizza yet. Your photos look delicious. Well actually the pizza in the photos hehe. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks so much and I would encourage you to try this recipe. It was really good for my first time trying raw pizza. I didn't take a picture ,but I put at least two cups of sprouts on top of the pizza as well.
