~ Food Combining ~

All raw foods can be mixed together as long as you do not over eat....

Proper food combining is an important part of feeling well. Eating the raw green lifestyle you can combine most foods together and feel well as long as you don't over eat says, Matt Monarch...However if you eat cooked food there are certain foods that do not mix together and can be damaging to the body. Combining starches with animal protein is a prescription for bloating and abdominal cramping. Animal protein can be eaten with salad, but never with rice, quinoa, millet, pasta, potato and so on.. If you eat the Standard American Diet (SAD) it is beneficial to eat fruit as a snack in between meals or before you eat a meal. Never eat fruit directly after a large meal !! You are guaranteed to have digestive turbulence and will cause fermentation which encourages yeast growth. Don't mix fats with animal protein add lemon juice, salsa or herbs instead. Animal protein takes a long time to digest and adding fat on top makes it even more difficult to digest. Your food will just sit and rot in your stomach. Most digestive disorders are caused from long term abuse to the digestive tract. Large portions of food and unfavorable food combining is very unwise. The less foods you combine and combining properly will encourage good digestion. The more living / green foods you eat that are enzyme rich and will cause you to flourish. Proper eating will give you optimal digestion, loads of energy and illness will be an issue of the past...

Don't mix animal protein with starches...
Eat fruit on it's own...
