I have been picking my flowers from the wild and I clean them thoroughly before I consider eating them. I take a few of the white petals and eat them. The petals are the edible part of the English Daisy. I am in love with edible flowers.....

This salad contains just as many flowers as it has leafy greens. I used Romaine , baby spinach and shredded cabbage. I squeeze some fresh lemon and a dash of real salt on my leaves....
