~ Terri's Real Fruit Cup ~

Real Fruit cup:
1 pear
1 peach
10 scoops of watermelon
10 scoops of honey due melon
10 cherries
cantalope shell
Parsley as garnish...






Fruit is another great food packed with nutrients and enzymes. Fruit however is filled with sugar and should only be eaten once in a while . The raw green food is the best choice for optimal health. If you want a treat occasionally fruit is a very nice option. If you suffer with candida and or any other illness avoiding all sugars is necessary to overcome yeast issues. You need a diet that consists of raw/greens foods for a minimum of 4 to 6 weeks and then you can begin to incorporate some fruit. Having a diet which is 80 % alkaline and 20 % acidic will give you the best health. Fruit, even though it is wonderful, is considered acidic due to its sugar content. Once you have established a foundation of greens in your diet through juices and smoothies you can begin fruit. Fruit, nuts and grains should only always be 20 % of your diet to reverse any degenerative illness. Make Green food your best friend !!
