Tj: Welcome to my blog and hope you feel inspired from some of my posts. I am on a journey of finding answers as to overcome lifelong illness. I have found that eating clean foods very beneficial, but looking at your health from a holistic approach is what makes the biggest difference. Do you love yourself enough to became aware what you choose in every moment ? In ever moment you can choose to build a better tomorrow and to choose self sabotaging things that keep you bound. I began including super foods in my diet and my health has flourished like never before. Diet, exercise along with living foods AND how we think can put our body back into balance reversing disease !
